PAYMENT
Full and final payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule.
No part of the payment shall be withheld for reasons related to delivery or quality concerns.
Photographs and videos will be delivered only after the final payment has been made.
TRAVEL EXPENDITURE
For events outside Rajahmundry or Balajipeta, all travel and accommodation expenses for the team must be borne by the Client.
The client is responsible for ensuring timely arrangements for transportation and stay for the crew.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The cost of additional services is not included in the total package price.
Payment for any additional services must be settled in full on or before the wedding day.
Payments for photo albums or other customized services must be made at the time of availing the service.
RETAINER & CANCELLATION
Any change in the event’s date, time, or location must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
Changes can be communicated through a phone call, followed by a written confirmation (email or message).
Accommodation of changes will depend on the Photographer’s availability.
CHANGE OF DATE/LOCATION

EVENT TIMINGS
This agreement covers the specified hours as outlined in the booking.
Overtime or changes in timings beyond the agreed schedule are not acceptable.
TEAM
The event will be covered by a team member of Venkatesh Clicks as per the booking agreement.
The Photographer may bring assistants or associates to ensure the best quality of work.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client must provide a 2TB hard drive after the event for the delivery of RAW footage and edited photos.
It is the client’s responsibility to back up all delivered data. Data will be stored by Venkatesh Clicks for only 1 month post-delivery.
A single point of contact should be designated for coordination during the event.
Clients must inform in advance about important individuals or guests to be included in the cinematic film.checked through an automated spam detection service.
LIGHTING AT THE VENUE
- Avoid using multicolored LED or floodlights on the stage as they can cause undesirable color casts on faces and skin. Use warm white lighting for a classy and polished look.
- The client should coordinate with decorators or lighting teams to ensure the right stage lighting setup.
TIME
- A minimum of 30 minutes is required for makeover shots after the bride and groom are ready.
- An additional 1 hour is required for a couple photoshoot before wedding rituals begin.
- While the team will make every effort to capture all moments, certain situations beyond our control may result in missed shots.
DELIVERY OF FINISHED PRODUCT
- Edited Photos: Selective images from all events will be delivered within 30-45 days after payment.
- Photo editing includes basic color and exposure correction only. Skin softening, blemish removal, or other advanced edits are not included.
- Cinematic Film: A combined highlights video (5-7 minutes) will be delivered within 60-75 days after song selection by the client.
- Full-Length Videos: Regular HD videos of all events will be delivered within 60-75 days after the event.
COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
- All photographs and videos captured by Venkatesh Clicks remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use the images/videos for their portfolio, website, and social media.
- Clients wishing to retain exclusive copyrights of their photographs must pay an additional premium.
GENERAL TERMS
- This agreement is the final understanding between both parties and supersedes prior communication (verbal or written).
- Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Venkatesh Clicks will not be responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or client non-compliance.
